Internet Customer We're glad you sent this card, because we've wanted to get back to you to tell you just how pleased and thrilled we are with this trailer. This transaction was the Internet at its best. Our salesman was prompt, courteous, honest, helpful, and low pressure, and we relied on him through phone calls and photos through email. He arranged transportation. We bought it sight unseen, and it was everything he said it would be. Very clean, everything works, we love it! The McGibneys |

When we arrived we were assured that our concerns were understood and would be corrected in a timely manner. I was talking with a service technician working on my vehicle who was very courteous and informative. I felt very confident in his capability and knowledge to perform the repairs appropriately. Two of your staff members, John Crasper, and Tami Cooke were especially helpful. Both provided us friendly, professional service coordinated outside sources with efficiency. Due to a parts problem, there was an unforeseen delay but we were kept informed by John and Tammy as to the progress made. We really appreciated that we didn't have to wonder what the status was or have to call and find out. We want to thank you and your staff for the professional, expeditious service we would definitely return maintenance and service in the future. Also, we would heartily recommend RV Corral and would relate our positive experience. We appreciate your company's obvious dedication to customer service and satisfaction. Very Sincerely,

Letter from Customer to Winnebago Industries Dear Winnebago Industries: I am a full time RVer. On Thursday, October 7, 2004, while I was in Portland, Oregon on my return from Canada, I experienced a leak in my bedroom slide. I called various repair facilities on the Winnebago list, and found one in Eugene, Oregon, the RV Corral. Their service manager said they could look at my coach on Monday, October 11. This fit my plans, since I was going south from Portland. I would like to commend RV Corral of Eugene, Oregon, for their professional and prompt treatment of my problem. They took me on time, diagnosed the problem correctly, and made the needed repair. I was back on the road within two hours. Although the repair cost was minimal, only $80, RV Corral also called Winnebago to see if the company would pay for the repair. Even though I was out of warranty by several months and well over 1,000 miles, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Winnnebago absorbed the cost of the repair. I have had several occasions to call Winnebago for information, and I have always had the opportunity to speak to a real person. Before I purchased my coach, I had heard that Winnebago is a leader in the motor home industry, and I believe that your customer service is one of the reasons. In a time when many people complain about poor service, I wanted to take this opportunity to compliment both Winnebago Industries and RV Corral for their professional and courteous handling of this problem. Sincerely, Mr. Goldberg |
Entire staff was very courteous. Spent plenty of time with us and answered all our questions. The Hayduniwecz |
Internet Customer I purchased primarily due to the sales person, at no time was I pressured, conned, or lied to. He was straight forward and up front in all discussions. I also feel the same about all other personnel I came in contact in your organization. R. A. |

We purchased a new Winnebago Journey DL from your dealership , trading in our 1999 Winnebago Adventurer. After almost a year of ownership, we just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate the service provided by your staff of technicians, and others we have dealt with whenever we had to come in for service or repair work. Each time we came in for service, we were treated with respect, courtesy, good humor, and a tour of mutual harassment. Your staff has been and is always helpful and diligent in taking care of any quirks (perceived or real) in our coach. We are provided explanations of how things are suppose to work or how to make minor repairs on the road. You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff. Dan, Dave, Rick, Greg and Bob- just to name a few who have assisted us. We especially appreciate Dan's expertise and patience. Having converted to a diesel pushers opens up a whole new world of questions and frustrations for us. It is extremely comforting to know that Dan and the rest of the staff understand that and are willing to help us through the learning curve. Our experience with your dealership is above reproach and head and shoulders above other dealerships we have dealt wit over the past twelve years. If customer service makes or breaks a company's reputation, then we would rate you a five star operation. Thank you, Sharon and Toni

Letter from Customer to Winnebago Industries Hello It is a pleasure to report our positive experience working with the RV Corral in Eugene, Oregon. In particular, we would like to commend their superior employee Bob Wilson. He worked hard to complete all of our warranty work and went the extra mile to provide the service required to correct our warranty problems. All in all we were very satisfied with all their performance Mr. Wilson was always friendly and conscientious while working around us (and our dogs)......we spent several nights in their yard while the work was being done. We had a water leak problem that required overnight drying and testing the next day. We have had their wokr tested to the maximum during this year's "rain festival" here in Oregon and it has proved itself to be dry. Even though we live in Idaho, we spend a substantial amount of time in Oregon because we have children who live there, so we have found it convenient to visit the RV Corral to have work done. You can be proud of your association with them. We will happily encourage others to visit the RV Corral and to consider purchasing a Winnebago product. Sincerely, Darrold and Frankie
